Advanced VPN Control and Redundant Security
Having clear VPN tunneling policies improves network security. Firmware v4.9 introduces a new, more predictable tunnel grouping policy, giving you clearer control over which traffic goes through which VPN tunnel.
- Isolated tunnel groups ensure traffic remains strictly within each tunnel group.
- Multi-profile failover within groups automatically switches between profiles when failures occur.
- Redundant Kill Switches grant you the control to block all non-secured traffic on the group or global level.

Important: VPN Kill Switch Reset: Due to the major changes in VPN tunnel failover logic (the new Isolated Group Mode), the Kill Switch for all VPN tunnels will be enabled by default after the upgrade to ensure your traffic remains protected under the new architecture.
